Our professional staff will look after your little ones while you're enjoying the amenities at Pinnacle. The youngest Pinnacle members will enjoy a spacious facility with friendly, professional staff and entertainment for all kids ages 6 months to 12 years.
Kids Korner offers activities such as arts & crafts, foosball, movies, air hockey, video games, monthly socials & much more!
Meet the Kids Korner Staff:
Whitley Curtis - Director of Kids Korner
Whitley is a graduate of English Nanny and Governess School and is a CPN/CNCS-certified nanny and newborn care specialist. She has extensive childcare background as a Sunday School Teacher, Teacher Aid for both Kindergarten and Preschool, Lead Caregiver for Infants in a daycare, and experience as a Full time Professional Nanny. She loves working with young children of all ages. Some activities that she wants to see done with the children here on a daily basis is: spending more quality one on one time with the children, playing games and initiating more creative play, teaching and helping the children learn basic fundamentals before entering school and encouraging school age children in learning as well, and adding more reading, arts and crafts to engage the children daily. She enjoys spending her free time with family and friends, horseback riding, reading and traveling.
Rachel Simmonds- Kids Korner Staff
Rachel Simmonds is a twenty-four year old college-student, majoring in graphic design & photography. She plans on graduating next fall with an Associate’s Degree. Rachel loves working with children, especially when it comes to teaching new crafts, drawing, or painting. She has been working with children for eight years and has been here on staff at Pinnacle Country Club for three years. She has experience working at Sylvan Learning Center where she was a teacher’s assistant and helped aid in ACT testing, while also providing activities for the children during their break time. Rachel has also worked at Learn and Play Daycare where she was in charge of supervising children during outside activities and also the daily crafts. Rachel is a great asset to Kids Korner with her creativity and artistic abilities!
