Pinnacle Country Club in Rogers is looking to hire for the position of Concierge.

Responsibilities:

Answer the phone, take reservations, direct calls appropriately, and/or take messages as necessary.
Greet and direct Members and guests to proper areas.
Prepare reservation book for dining room, verify Member numbers in reservation book, check reservation book for special functions/requirements.
Ensure that reception area is neat and presentable at all times.
Make sure that all buffet cards are made in a timely manner.
Complete any typing or general clerical duties. Dust and clean desk daily plus other areas of the lobby that need attention.
Assists with promoting evening specials.
Assists with promoting upcoming events.
Takes pride in their appearance and their job.
Takes direction and constructive criticism well.

Job Requirements:

-Ability to work flexible hours (Holidays, weekends and evening shifts)
-Responsible, dependable, punctual
-Strong communication skills; must be able to speak, read, and understand English
-Clean with a professional appearance

Maintain or exceed standards of appearance, cleanliness, hygiene, and health standards.
Assist with orientation and training of new kitchen employees.
Practice all safety and loss prevention procedures.
Responsible for following all local, state, and federal policies regarding food handling.
Assist with proper documentation of temperature logs, taste panel forms, and cleaning schedules.Inspect food preparation and service areas to ensure observance of safe sanitary food handling practices.

Requirements:

2 to 3 Years Kitchen Experience

Bartender

The Bartender is responsible for:
•    Maintaining a high level of service to members and guests of the club.
•    Demonstrating quality, honesty, and integrity at all times.
•    Taking ownership and showing responsibility for each task at hand.
•    Using skills acquired as well as expanding knowledge of all job functions and duties.
•    Creating an atmosphere that is inviting and comfortable for everyone who utilizes the bar area.
•    A great Bartender:•    Is enthusiastic about exceeding members' expectations
•    Has the ability to read members through non-verbal cues
•    Ensures the 3 steps of service
•    Assists with promoting evening specials
•    Assists with promoting upcoming events

•    The ability to set up / break down banquets events and functions.
•    Mixes drinks to the Pinnacle standard
•    Work quickly and neatly behind the bar area
•    Creating new drinks that elevate the club
•    Has an abundance of product knowledge

Job Requirements:

•    1 Year experience as a bartender
•    Age: 21 years old or older
•    Ability to work flexible hours (Holidays, weekends, morning, afternoon and evening shifts)
•    Responsible, dependable, punctual
•    Strong communication skills; must be able to speak, read, and understand English
•    Professional Appearance
•    Basic math skills
•    An interest in food & beverage with a desire to increase their knowledge
•    Must have good knowledge of mixed drinks and specialty cocktails
•    Good knowledge of wines and local breweries
•    Must be in compliance of Arkansas state liquor laws at all times
