Jalapeno Soup


Ingredients
4 qts. Chicken stock
½ qt heavy cream
2 roasted jalapenos, peeled and deseeded
2 yellow onions
1 Lb. canned green chilies
1 tsp. cumin
Salt and pepper to taste
8 slices of white bread no crust

Sauté onions and green chilies till onions are tender. Then add in Jalapenos, chicken stock, heavy cream, salt, pepper and cumin. Bring to a simmer add in bread.  After it simmers on low for 10 min, put in blender and blend till smooth. Finish with roasted corn, diced red bell peppers and chopped cilantro
