General Manager
Pat Hennessy has been in the country club business since 1983 and formerly served as Director of Tennis at Tops’l Beach in Destin, Florida, before moving to the Houstonian in Houston, Texas. Pat has served Pinnacle Country Club in Rogers, Arkansas since 1991 when he and his wife, Teri, were hired as the first Co-Directors of Tennis. With their persistence and perseverance, they were able to engage Pinnacle Country Club members in the grand game of tennis. Pat was promoted to Assistant General Manager in May 2005 and was quickly promoted to General Manager in December 2005. Always looking for ways to improve his golf game, Pat has played in the LPGA Northwest Arkansas Championship Pro Am two years running and with a team of five won the Thursday Tournament in 2007. Pat also received the USPTA “Manager of the Year” award in 2007.

Controller
Kelly Sudduth joined Pinnacle Country Club in Rogers, Arkansas in 2010 as a member of the Accounting team and was promoted to Controller in 2011. Kelly retired in 2009 from Williams, an energy company headquartered in Tulsa, Oklahoma, where over his career he served in positions ranging from general accounting to operations management. He grew up in Tulsa, where he met his wife Marti shortly after graduating from Oklahoma Baptist University in Shawnee, Oklahoma. He is a CPA, and also has an MBA from the University of Tulsa. Their son Jeremey lives in Bentonville, where he and his wife Nicole are busy with their careers and raising their kids Cooper Brooks and Harper Grace. Kelly’s daughter, Jenni, lives in Oklahoma City pursuing her career in the energy industry. Kelly loves spending time with his family and is an avid golfer.

Merchandise Specialist
Koven Childress served as the Pinnacle Country Club Tennis Shop Assistant before being promoted to Tennis Shop Manager in early 2008. In 2011, Koven moved to the Merchandise Specialist. A native of Madison, Wisconsin, Koven has lived in Arkansas since 2000 and joined the Pinnacle Country Club team in 2003. Koven has a strong passion for tennis and is currently a 3.5 player looking to get to a strong 4.0 level. She continues to enhance the Pinnacle Tennis Shop with her creative ideas, perseverance and desire to succeed.

Executive Chef
Ralph Edmonds joined the Pinnacle Country Club team in late 2009. He and his family moved to Rogers, Arkansas from Dallas where he was the executive chef at The Legacy at Willow Bend. His family includes his wife Suzanne and three daughters, Ashley, Heather and Samantha, and his son Ryan. Ralph has extensive country club and resort experience and superior culinary capabilities.

Director of Golf
Paul Eiserman served as Head Golf Professional at Pinnacle Country Club from 2003 to 2010 before taking over the Director of Golf position. He brings more than 16 years Head Golf Professional experience as he formerly served as Director of Golf at the Country Club of St. Albans for three years, and the Head Golf Professional for Golf Club of Oklahoma for four years. Paul was nominated as Top 100 Teachers by Golf Digest, and is currently serving as President of the Arkansas Chapter PGA 2012. Paul moved from St. Louis, Missouri with his wife, Shawn, and two children, Sabrina and Spencer. He played Division I Golf for Southwest Missouri State and won at college and professional levels. With a Bachelors degree in Marketing, and a membership with the PGA of America, Paul brings ample golf experience and passion to the Pinnacle Country Club family.

Director of Security
Gary Harp has served Pinnacle Country Club as Director of Security since 1995. A native of Arkansas, he and his wife, Beverly, have one daughter, Amy, and a grandson, Logan. A licensed polygraph examiner, concealed handgun trainer, and former trooper with the Arkansas State Police, Gary brings expertise to his position at Pinnacle Country Club. Gary serves as Vice Chairman to the Arkansas Board of Private Investigators and Private Security Agencies. With his strong background in law enforcement and security training, Gary provides the residents and members of Pinnacle Country Club with the security and reliability they expect.

Food & Beverage Director
Melody Hughes has served Pinnacle Country Club since 2001. Before being promoted to Food & Beverage Director, Melody worked as Administrative Assistant, Event Coordinator, and Food and Beverage Manager at Pinnacle Country Club. Melody has strong operational experience as she owned and operated three businesses including a golf course, landscaping maintenance, and Purina dealership. She and her husband, Paul, moved to Northwest Arkansas from Mississippi. Melody earned her education from Mississippi University for Women and Mississippi State University.

Toni Luetjen

Director of Marketing & Membership Relations
Before joining the Pinnacle team, Toni worked in the hotel industry as Director of Sales, with previous sales and marketing positions in the retail industry. She is an Ambassador for the Rogers-Lowell Chamber of Commerce, has worked on the Total Resource Campaign with the Bentonville-Bella Vista Chamber of Commerce, and has volunteered for many local charities including Charity Challenge of Champions, The Cancer Challenge, Boys & Girls Club, along with being a committee member of Will Golf 4 Kids since 2002, which supports the Arkansas Children's Hospital. A resident of Northwest Arkansas since 1992, Toni brings a strong background as an expert in communications and networking, complimented by her creative ideas and energetic personality. |

Lauren Madson
Event Sales Director
Lauren joined the Pinnacle Country Club team in July of 2012. She has several years of experience from both the Conway and Centennial Country Clubs. Before moving to Fayetteville, Lauren was the Event and Wedding Coordinator at The Agora Conference Center in Conway, Arkansas. Lauren is originally from Plano, Texas and was recruited to play soccer for the University of Central Arkansas where she earned a degree in Family and Consumer Sciences and played soccer for four years. Lauren was married to her husband Kyle in May 2012. She enjoys volunteering and fundraising for different causes throughout her community. Lauren has a true passion for working with people. She is hard working and loves seeing people’s vision come to reality in the events that she coordinates. Lauren is a great addition to the Pinnacle Country Club team with an energetic personality and a no quit attitude.

Golf Course Superintendent
Todd is originally from Colorado and has been in the business of maintaining golf courses since 1990 in various areas including Florida, Arizona, Oklahoma and Arkansas. Growing up with a father who loved golf, Todd got an early start enjoying the game and learning the business side by working for the Fort Collins Country Club outside service staff of the golf shop. Always eager to learn, Todd continues to take time for classes whenever possible to keep up with the changes of the industry and strives to evolve as a person and a manager to become better than he was yesterday. In his time maintaining golf courses, Todd has hosted four Professional LPGA televised tournaments, the 2001 United States Open Championship at Southern Hills Country Club in Tulsa, and several Senior Club Professional Championships. His wife, Ashlee, and his three sons, Benjamin, Jacob & Andrew are the true support and light in his life that receive the rest of his time when he is not on the course. With his Turf and Ornamental Horticulture degree and his many years of experience, Todd achieved his CLASS A Golf Course Superintendent status in 2006. |

Tennis Director
JD Hall joined the Pinnacle Country Club Staff as Tennis Director in May 2011. Prior to his relocation to Northwest Arkansas, J.D. resided in Atlanta, Georgia where he worked at Country Club of Roswell as an Assistant Tennis Director for 9 years working with the junior and adult programs. Before the nine years at CCR, J.D. worked at the Windward Lake Academy working with top juniors from the state of Georgia. J.D. is a certified P-1 United States Tennis Professional and was named Head Tennis Professional of the Year in 2007 by the Georgia Professional Tennis Association. He also served on the USPTA Georgia State Board in 2007 and 2010.

Assistant Director of Tennis
Jonathan Zielke joined the Pinnacle Country Club team as Head Tennis Professional in 2005 before being promoted to Co-Director in 2008 and taking the position of Assistant Director of Tennis in 2011. Jonathan brings a strong tennis background with previous positions as Director at Cross Gates Athletic Club in Slidell, Louisiana, Director at Lafayette Sports Center in Indiana, and seven years at the Blairwood Health and Fitness Club in Louisville, Kentucky. He moved from Slidell, Louisiana with his wife, Cindy, and two children, Cameron and Justin. Jonathan earned his Bachelors degree in Secondary Education Math and Life/Earth Science at Concordia Lutheran College. He brings tennis knowledge and expertise to Pinnacle with his USPTA Level 1 and USPTR certification.

GM Assistant/Executive Support Services
Teri Hennessy has been in the Club business for over 26 years. She was the Tennis Director for clubs in the NW Florida Panhandle and Houston, TX before moving to Rogers, AR in 1991. She and her husband, Pat, were the Co-Directors of Tennis at Pinnacle Country Club and then in 2005, she became the sole Director when Pat was promoted to the GM's position. In June of 2008, Teri 'retired' her position as Director and moved up to the Clubhouse to help with our communications and promotions of programs and events throughout the Club. Her weekly emails are vital to our members and participation has increased with her steady reminders. Teri also assists the General Manager and when she has time, she also helps some in the membership, accounting and events departments. You'll see her from time to time on the tennis courts teaching a few of our members.

Nick Venter
Head of Maintenance
Nick Venter was born in South Africa and grew up in Johannesburg where he graduated in 1962. In 1963, Nick joined the South African Air Force and at the same time attended college [Mechanical Engineer]. In 1958, Nick married and became an assistant golf professional; played in the South African tour and attempted the European tour. Eventually went back to his trade and started to work in the gold and platinum mines in 1972. Nick was a Mechanical foreman from 1975-1988. He then started a construction business and built apartments. He and his wife left South Africa in 1991 and move to the United States, became proud citizens in 1998, and then Nick joined the Pinnacle Country Club team in 2001 as the Club Maintenance Superintendent.
