Director of Food & Beverage
Dean was born and raised in South Africa where he graduated in 1992. He joined the 44 Parachute Brigade where he remained active through 1998 while working his way through multiple Food and Beverage operations. He left South Africa in 1998 where he joined The Ritz Carlton Hotel Company.
Dean has an extensive history with The Ritz Carlton Hotel Company to include The Ritz Carlton Dubai, U.A.E., The Ritz Carlton Rose Hall Jamaica W.I. and The Ritz Carlton Sarasota Florida. Since then, Dean has held many other Executive positions to include Club Manager of the Amelia Island Plantation in Florida and Director of Food and Beverage for DH&R in Stowe, Vermont where he achieved the 4 Diamond rating for the signature restaurant, Solstice.
Dean joined the Pinnacle Country Club team in September of 2014 and comes to us most recently from The Club at Porto Cima in Sunrise Beach, Missouri where he served as the Club General Manager for 3 years.
Dean is married to Kelly and they have two daughters - Piper and Reilly.
Chef Brandon is a 2002 graduate of the New England Culinary Institute where he was awarded a position in the Advanced Placement Program. His passion for the culinary arts began at an early age from watching his grandmother prepare meals for his large family each Sunday and on Holidays.
Throughout his career he has been associated with three top fifty CMAA Platinum level clubs. He brings 14 years of experience in the country club food and beverage business. Most recently, he has served as Executive Sous Chef at Congressional Country Club in Bethesda, Maryland which is the current #1 Platinum Level Club in America. Prior to Congressional, he worked as Sous Chef/Banquet Chef/Chef de Cuisine at Cherry Hills Country Club in Denver, Colorado. He also worked as the Fine Dining Chef in the Oak Room at Oak Hill Country Club in Rochester, New York before moving to Cherry Hills.
Chef Brandon has been involved in numerous culinary competitions, amassing four American Culinary Federation Category K gold medals as well as a silver and gold medal in Category F. He was Colorado Chef Association’s Chef of the Year Runner-Up in 2009; he has worked two major PGA Golf Championships, a USGA Amateur Championship as well as two PGA Tour events hosted by Tiger Woods.
Throughout his career he has been fortunate to work alongside two distinguished culinary professionals; Certified Executive Chef, Joseph J. Piazza and Certified Master Chef, Daniel J. Scannell. Chef Brandon, along with these gentlemen, continues to set the standard of culinary excellence for private club dining and operations.
Food & Beverage Manager
Amanda Ziegler was born in Brownwood, Texas. She moved
to Arkansas at an early age where she would attend the University of Arkansas
and become a Razorback. Amanda started her Food & Beverage career
working for Patina Restaurant Group at Arvest Ballpark in 2010. She progressed
quickly in Food and Beverage Operations becoming Concourse Manager after her
first year. She also spent some time as Suite Coordinator overseeing the
catering for suite holders and guests. In the 8 years she spent with PRG,
Amanda helped manage multiple large-scale events including; Walmart
Shareholders, Bentonville Film Festival, Concerts and over 500 baseball games.
She joined the Pinnacle Country Club team in May 2017.
Customer service is extremely important to Amanda; she is
very outgoing and greets everyone with a smile. She is looking forward to
working with the entire Pinnacle team and meeting all members of Pinnacle

Food & Beverage Manager
Trevor has been a important member of the Pinnacle staff since 2007, he
has held a variety of positions in the Food & Beverage Department
including; Waitback, Server, Bartender, Assistant Dining Room
Manager and most currently Dining Room Manager.
Trevor is a Northwest
Arkansas Native, he graduated from Decatur High School in 2007. He graduated from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville in June of 2017 where he earned a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science.
When he's not at work, Trevor can be found
on the Golf Course or at a tailgate cheering on the Razorbacks. Trevor
loves the Family Friendly Atmosphere that Pinnacle Offers.
Keith Badgley joined the Pinnacle Country Club team in April of 2016 as Sous Chef. He is originally from South Florida and began working in kitchens in high school. He served as Kitchen Manager of Carrabba's Italian Grill in Orlando and Palm Bay Florida from 2004-2006. He also spent time as Sous Chef at Entre Nous Bistro under Chef Van Coyle in North Palm Beach from 2007-2009. Keith worked as the Sous Chef for Seasons 52 in Palm Beach Gardens Florida and Miami Florida from 2011-2015 before moving to NorthWest Arkansas.
Keith is passionate about Food & Family and is inspired by Chef Thomas Keller.
Ceree Somerville began working at Pinnacle Country Club in 2006 as a Pastry Chef. Throughout her time at Pinnacle Ceree has enjoyed the variety & challenges that come with running the pastry kitchen.
She recently competed in her first cake competition and hopes to do many more.
Ceree was born and raised in Northwest Arkansas. She began her work life working in an office before finding her passion for Cake Art. She contributes her success to her Grandma who taught her a love for baking and to Chef Ralph Edmonds who gave her freedom, guidance & encouragement to bring her talent to the table. Ceree has been married for 15 years, she has two children ages 16 & 19 and recently became a Grandma. When Ceree isn't at Pinnacle, you can find her woodworking, sewing, painting, fishing or spending time outdoors with her family.
Madeline was born in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. She continued on to Tennessee and many other places before landing in Northwest Arkansas in 2003. In 2008 she graduated from Rogers High School, and continued on to earn her degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Arkansas in 2015. Madeline spent five years working at Embassy Suites hotel where she began as a hostess and progressed quickly to overseeing all aspects of the hotel. She then moved on to Houlihan’s as a bartender and was promoted to Floor Supervisor.
At the urging of her friends she joined the team at Pinnacle Country Club in 2013. She began as a bartender and quickly excelled in customer service along with a proclivity for creating a successful cocktail program. After exceeding expectations as a bartender she was promoted to Bar Supervisor in January 2016 and continues to provide the club with new and exciting cocktails, wines, and spirits. When you see Madi you can always expect a smiling face, a positive attitude, and a fresh cocktail!
Cecil is a Northwest Arkansas Native; he graduated from Springdale High School in 2008 with law honors. He is currently attending the University of Arkansas where he is pursuing a degree in Communications. Cecil currently holds a National Certificate of Achievement with the National Restaurant Association for his work within the ProStart Culinary and Restaurant Management Program.
Cecil joined Pinnacle Country Club in September of 2016 as a Concierge where he immediately showed his determination and passion to deliver high quality customer service to the Pinnacle Members. Cecil was promoted to Pool Supervisor in May 2017.
