Pinnacle Country Club is hiring for the position of Event Sales Director.

This is a salaried position responsible for promoting the Club's dining facilities for private banquets, weddings, business & social meetings and other member-related activities.  This position will oversee all aspects and execution of banquets and weddings.

This position will develop contracts for and oversee all administrative aspects of preparing events and coordinating with those in charge of operating/serving the events. This position works directly with Food & Beverage Managers (Kitchen and Front of House) and Member Events Coordinator to assure that the members' and guests' expectations are exceeded. 

Consideration will only be given to candidates with experience with wedding and event planning. 

At least 5 years previous experience in an event coordinator position
Associates Degree in Business Management or other related field

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Great Communication Skills - both oral and written
Team player with all departments
Ability to multi-task

This is a mostly indoor position with some events taking place outdoors.

Must be available to work Nights, Weekends & Holidays - this is not a 9am to 5pm position
