Lemon Ice Box Pie

1 - 9in pie crust
16oz Cream Cheese
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/3 cup Lemon Juice
1 tsp Lemon Zest

Pre bake crust to golden brown then cool. Beat cream cheese until smooth then add in all other ingredients and mix  together well. Pour into pie shell and refrigerate at least 4 hours. Enjoy the pie as is or with fresh whipped cream and berries.
