DJ Ransom has 20 years of professional golf experience and has been the Head Golf Professional at Pinnacle Country Club since 2011. DJ is a graduate of The Golf Academy of the Carolinas and has been a Class A PGA Member since 2011. He believes in constantly improving the golf experience through outstanding customer service and player development programs. He is passionate about teaching players of all ages and skill levels to play and enjoy the game of golf. DJ lives in Rogers with his wife Whitney and their two young children; Jackson and Emma Grace.

Chase Turpin

Director of Agronomy

Chase Turpin joined the Pinnacle Team in 2006 and was promoted to Golf Course and Grounds Superintendent in 2013 after serving as the Assistant Golf Course Superintendent for seven years. Chase assumed the role of Director of Agronomy in August of 2021. He earned his Turf and Landscape Horticulture Degree from the University of Arkansas. Chase has had an interest in the game of golf since an early age and has been working in the golf course maintenance industry since 2001. He previously served on the Board of Directors for the GCSA of Arkansas in 2012 and 2013. One of Chase’s most memorable experiences was working overseas at The Old Course at St. Andrews where he aided in hosting the 2004 British Amateur Championship.

JD Hall has just joined the Pinnacle Country Club Staff as Tennis Director in May 2011. Prior to his relocation to Northwest Arkansas, J.D. resided in Atlanta, Georgia where he worked at Country Club of Roswell as an Assistant Tennis Director for 9 years working with the junior and adult programs. Before the nine years at CCR, J.D. worked at the Windward Lake Academy working with top juniors from the state of Georgia. J.D. is a certified P-1 United States Tennis Professional and was named Head Tennis Professional of the Year in 2007 by the Georgia Professional Tennis Association. He also served on the USPTA Georgia State Board in 2007 and 2010.

Meagan joined the Pinnacle Country Club team in 2012 in the position of Concierge. Her award-winning smile and attention to Membership Satisfaction impressed everyone, especially the owners and top management. Meagan’s media and marketing talents proved to be extensive and as a result, she was quickly promoted to the position of Media & Executive Support in 2013 where she focused on club marketing. She was promoted to Membership & Marketing Director in August of 2017. Meagan is a Rogers native. She married her husband Matt in September 2017; they live in Gravette with their two daughters, Magnolia & Mattison.

Brandon Osuch

Chef Brandon is a 2002 graduate of the New England Culinary Institute where he was awarded a position in the Advanced Placement Program. His passion for the culinary arts began at an early age from watching his grandmother prepare meals for his large family each Sunday and on Holidays. Throughout his career he has been associated with three top fifty CMAA Platinum level clubs. He brings 18 years of experience in the country club food and beverage business. Most recently, he has served as Executive Sous Chef at Congressional Country Club in Bethesda, Maryland which is the current #1 Platinum Level Club in America. Prior to Congressional, he worked as Sous Chef/Banquet Chef/Chef de Cuisine at Cherry Hills Country Club in Denver, Colorado. He also worked as the Fine Dining Chef in the Oak Room at Oak Hill Country Club in Rochester, New York before moving to Cherry Hills.

Amanda Ziegler

Director of Clubhouse Operations

Amanda Ziegler was born in Brownwood, Texas; she moved to Arkansas at an early age where she attended the University of Arkansas & became a Razorback. Amanda started her Food & Beverage career working for Patina Restaurant Group at Arvest Ballpark in 2010. She progressed quickly in F&B Operations becoming Concourse Manager after her 1st year. She also spent some time as Suite Coordinator overseeing the catering for suite holders and guests. In the 8 years she spent with PRG, Amanda helped manage multiple large-scale events including; Walmart Shareholders, Bentonville Film Festival, Concerts and over 500 baseball games. She joined the Pinnacle Country Club team in May 2017 as a F&B Floor Manager and was quickly promoted to Event Sales Director. She is hardworking, diligent & focused and has a proven track record of executing seamless events, creating successful training programs & ensuring member satisfaction. Amanda was named Director of Clubhouse Operations in August of 2023.

Gary Harp

Gary Harp has served Pinnacle Country Club as Director of Security since 1995. A native of Arkansas, he and his wife, Beverly, have one daughter, Amy, and a grandson, Logan. A licensed polygraph examiner, concealed handgun trainer, and former trooper with the Arkansas State Police, Gary brings expertise to his position at Pinnacle Country Club. Gary serves as Vice Chairman to the Arkansas Board of Private Investigators and Private Security Agencies. With his strong background in law enforcement and security training, Gary provides the residents and members of Pinnacle Country Club with the security and reliability they expect.

Nick Venter

Renovation Project Manager

Nick Venter was born in South Africa and grew up in Johannesburg where he graduated in 1962. In 1963, Nick joined the South African Air Force and at the same time attended college [Mechanical Engineer]. In 1958, Nick married and became an assistant golf professional; played in the South African tour and attempted the European tour. Eventually went back to his trade and started to work in the gold and platinum mines in 1972. Was Mechanical foreman from 1975-1988. He then started a construction business and built apartments. He and his wife left South Africa in 1991 and moved to the United States, became proud citizens in 1998, and then Nick joined the Pinnacle team in 2001 as the Club Maintenance Superintendent. Nick served as the Director of Maintenance at the Club for 21 years before moving to the Renovation Project Manager in 2023.
